Sheffield at 'melting point' is a set of sculptural pieces that are for one purpose; to open the city's eyes to its dystopian surroundings in the year 2090. The second steel revolution has brought devastating effects and the city is choking from polluted air. The project explores ways to end the ignorance through public installations exploring links to object and place attachment using material and form exploration.
